Were these organizations legitimate investment opportunties or scam?

Yeah, everyone said that because the Brothers had been in business for 30 years it was legit.

Those with hope still believe they are coming back -- but if it was legit why didn't they stand up to the authorities? Or, relocate to a more sympathic jurisdiction? Why did they run and hide, apparently sending out messages like terrorist organizations (but without using easily authenticated video tapes)?

Of course there are plenty of big names (ie: "legitimate" companies) that have hardly treated their investors with respect.

What choice do you have when the little "HYIPers" are scamming ya, and when the Fortune companies are too?

Why doesn't Villalobos send out video tapes or at least audio tapes? Why just the emails which can't be authenticated? How many people think his transmissions are real and how many thing are they are from someone else?
